I am a Psychotherapist in private practice in West Chester, PA. I work with a wide variety of presenting issues. Such as  stress & anxiety issues, performance issues (sports, public speaking, business) as well as couples.


   

Hypnosis

Many come to see me for my specialty in Hypnosis. It has provided many clients with a tremendous tool that allows them to achieve goals quicker and easier in most cases. It works well with habit cessation, trauma, goal achievement, sports performance, anxiety, pain management, weight release, phobias, sleep disorders, fertility and many others.

Life's Journey

No person escapes this life without having had issues occur. Sometimes we have the resources or knowledge to deal with those issues. Other times we are at a loss knowing what to do or how to get through something. I believe in meeting people where they are on their journey and not having negative judgments.  Instead I work with the person and together we find out alternatives and solutions together.
